This site is operated by Eagle Vision Consulting Group LLC, doing business as The Pink Spoon Sanctuary, located at 6606 Jody Ave S, Cottage Grove, MN 55016. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means the person using the site.
2Using this site
You may use this site for your own personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, access accounts that are not yours, scrape or harvest information from it, or use it to harass anyone.
3Accounts
Some areas require an account. Keep your login details private, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.
4Purchases and subscriptions
Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund charges already made unless stated otherwise at the point of sale.
5Our content
Everything on this site — text, images, guides, courses, downloads — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal purposes. You may not resell it, republish it, or distribute it without written permission.
6Your content
If you post in a community, group, or comment area, you keep ownership of what you write and you give us permission to display it within that space. Post nothing unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content and end access for anyone who does.
7Email
When you give us your email address you may receive messages related to what you signed up for, and marketing emails if you consented to them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
8Text messaging terms
These terms apply to anyone who has consented to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive texts is never required to submit a form, make a purchase, or use this site.
8.1 Who we are and what we send
Eagle Vision Consulting Group LLC, doing business as The Pink Spoon Sanctuary, sends text messages to customers and subscribers who have opted in to receive them. Depending on the consent you gave, these messages may include appointment reminders, community access details, and account updates, and may include promotional messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.
8.2 Opting out and getting help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to [[SMS_PHONE_NUMBER]]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
8.3 Message frequency and rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
8.4 Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Pink Spoon Sanctuary offers peer support, education, and coaching. Content on this site is for general information and encouragement.
